Branch Transport Administrator / Resourcer

Job title: Branch Administrator / Resourcer
Location: Redditch
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 d.o.e
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday



Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • To Support the smooth running of the Recruitment Office.
  • Weekly payroll and data entry.
  • Out of hours on call cover and booking staff.
  • To answer the phone in accordance with company standards, transferring calls and taking messages when necessary and relaying to the relevant person.
  • Taking right-to-work documents and ensuring every person registered is eligible to work in the UK..
  • Regular communication with the recruitment team
  • Ensure records are kept in line with and adhere to the recruitment legislation.
  • Have sound understanding of Workforce contracts and terms and conditions.
  • Timesheet collation and data input for payroll.
  • Import/export routines between various CRM and payroll solutions.
  • Social posts.
  • Email marketing data collation and send out.
  • Processing applications.
  • CV Profiling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding basic employment and recruitment related laws.
  • Sourcing of candidates.
  • Screening candidates, (phone)
  • Arranging interviews.
  • Maintaining and updating databases.
  • Ensuring candidate paperwork is compliant.
  • To ensure candidate paperwork is compliant.
  • Filling roles and vacancies, in and out of hours.
  • Covering weekly payroll.
  • Out of hours on call, on a rota basis.
