Job Title: Trainee Pensions Administrator 

Location: Alvechurch B48
Salary: Up to £26,000 DOE

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm - Friday 9am-4pm

Our client, who is an established financial services company, currently have a brilliant opportunity for a Trainee Pension Administrator within their Alvechurch Office. The successful candidate will join their small, professional team at an exciting time for the business and receive a brilliant package and real career opportunity. 

The Pension Administrator will provide support relating to pension transfers ranging from handling letters of authority to obtaining policy information. You will support a highly
experienced IFA in a varied role to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties involved and an outstanding service for clients.

Day to Day duties will include the following:

  • Day to day administration, including any enquires received by phone, email and post
  • Processing your workload in accordance with procedures including internal and external compliance and Data Protection requirements
  • Processing client requests and documentation ensuring the smooth running of administrative services
  • Liaising with pension providers to gather policy information
