Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Bromsgrove - B60
Salary: To £24,000 plus uncapped earnings realistic OTE £45k - £50k first year, (this can be shown at interview)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm


We are proud to be working in partnership with Gateway2Lease and due to an exciting period of growth, are looking for a Sales Executive to join their busy team.

Our client is a well established and family owned business operating as a credit brokerage in the vehicle leasing sector. They are authorised by the FCA and members of the BVRLA.

In short, they connect the finance company, the manufacturer and the supplying dealership with the aim to offer a simple and easy service.

You will be responsible for following up incoming sales enquiries, following up renewals or contacting lapsed customers. There is NO cold calling involved.

Although this is a target driven role, it is a soft sell, no pushy sales, to encourage repeat business.

Day to day duties will include the following:


* Responding to incoming sales enquiries in a timely manner
* Following orders through from initial enquiry through to final sale
* Dealing with renewal quotations
* Upselling to existing customers
* Gaining and maintaining strong product knowledge
* Liaising and influencing key external stakeholders, to deliver the best outcome for customers
* Displaying high levels of efficiency & accuracy in all areas.
* Following the company's sales process and procedures
* Working towards realistic targets

As an individual you will need the following experience:


* Industry experience advantageous
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency
* Strong computer skills
* A positive, confident and determined approach
* Resilience and ability to cope with rejection
* Excellent time management skills
