Hours – Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm, Friday 7am to 1pm

Stourport upon Severn



To provide general administrative support to the Planning department. Operating flexibly and with a confident manner you will be carrying out varied duties including creating and developing production plans, liasing with Planners and Sales, reporting on and investigating stock, expediting work and updating Excel documents.

The ideal candidate will have worked within a manufacturing environment


  • Creating and developing Lye Production Plans and issuing
  • Updating status of Production Plans
  • Liaise with Stourport Planners to meet required lead times
  • Report any issues that affect lead times
  • Update capacity hours to Planning Supervisor
  • Liaise with Sales on customer requirements and lead times
  • Plan in holiday requirements
  • Run daily negative report on stock and investigate
  • Run Variant Report Month end stock, distribute to section leads and collate information. Investigate discrepancies
  • Daily stock checks and investigations
  • Working in SAGE to issue material to work orders
  • Expediting work through shop floor production departments
  • Updating and creating excel documents to support production requirements
  • Any other duties as required




  • Excellent communication skills
  • Competent in Outlook, Excel and Sage (preferably Sage 200)
  • Can do attitude
  • Team player
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous administration experience is a ‘must’
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail
  • A good energy and enthusiasm
