The Position 

We are looking for a full time Project/Contracts Manager to join our expanding team!


What you'll be doing

Project / Contracts Manager


  • Managing a team of direct trades
  • They will be managing a caseload of several jobs (circa £100k) in the education sector, and domestic rebuilds and renovations
  • Covering a 70 mile radius around the Ferris UK office in Redditch
  • Liaising with customers and providing excellent customer service  
  • Surveying fire and flood damaged properties and producing a scope of works for repair
  • Scheduling trades with a level of fine control over day to day activities


The Package

Salary £50,000 OTE including a car allowance 

Full time direct employment

Increased holiday entitlement with service (up to 33 days holiday per annum)

Ferris UK Ltd was established in 2015 and since then our company has grown! From a team of 8 to now a team of over 50 and we are still expanding.

We have a mission to bring real customer service to construction. Working almost exclusively in the insurance repair market, employees are part of a rapidly expanding team with an excellent reputation.

We are based in Redditch and work within a 70 mile radius.

The Candidate – Project / Contracts Manager

  • Must be able to get along with customers and team members
  • Help other members of the team progress by passing on experience and teaching
  • At least 10 years’ construction management experience
  • Must have a full UK driving licence
  • Insurance industry knowledge are advantageous but not necessary 
  • Ability to manage trade performance and quality
  • They will be managing a caseload of several jobs (circa £100k) in the education sector, and domestic rebuilds and renovations
  • Must have a strong knowledge and understanding of building regulations
  • Experience with overseeing planning applications and liaising with architects
  • Strong understanding of groundworks and structural building works
  • Experience of working with JCT Contracts
