Branch Transport Administrator

Job title: Branch Administrator
Location: Redditch
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 d.o.e
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • To Support the smooth running of the Recruitment Office
  • To answer the phone in accordance with company standards, transferring calls and taking messages when necessary and relaying to the relevant person
  • Taking right-to-work documents and ensuring every person registered is eligible to work in the UK
  • Regular communication with the recruitment team
  • Ensure records are kept in line with and adhere to the recruitment legislation
  • Have sound understanding of Workforce contracts and terms and conditions
  • Timesheet collation and data input for payroll.
  • Import/export routines between various CRM and payroll solutions
  • Social posts
  • Email marketing data collation and send out
  • Processing applications
  • CV Profiling

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding basic employment and recruitment related laws.
  • Sourcing of candidates.
  • Screening candidates, (phone)
  • Arranging interviews.
  • Maintaining and updating databases.
  • Ensuring candidate paperwork is compliant.
  • To ensure candidate paperwork is compliant.
