Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:40 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Our client specializes in tube fabrication services, catering to various industries. They pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products with precision and efficiency. As part of the growth strategy, they are seeking a dedicated  Quote Raiser to join our team.

**Job Summary:**
The Quotations Coordinator plays a crucial role in the sales department by providing accurate and timely quotations to customers. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Receive and review customer inquiries for tube bending and fabrication services.
2. Interpret technical specifications and requirements to accurately estimate costs and prepare quotations.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely response to customer requests.
4. Maintain a database of product pricing, specifications, and customer preferences.
5. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to obtain necessary information for quotations.
6. Follow up with customers to clarify requirements or address any concerns.
7. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the quotation process.
8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve quotation processes and efficiency.
9. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the sales manager or department head.

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or quotation management is desirable.
- Knowledge of tube bending and fabrication processes is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quotation software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
